30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for purchases that meet our return conditions. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Return Conditions

Acceptable Returns

  • Items must be in new condition and in original packaging
  • Products cannot have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance items (often have shorter expiration dates)
  • Items that become defective after 30 days (manufacturer warranty may apply)
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer

Return Process

For Account Holders

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to the Returns section
  3. Submit a return request
  4. Wait for approval notification with next steps

For Guest Customers

Please contact our help center for guidance through the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at service@pacificpetsupplies.com before initiating a return. Include photos of the damage and your order number.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please submit a return request and place a new order for the desired product. All items must be invoiced separately for warranty purposes.

Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are only refunded if:

  • Your order was cancelled before shipment
  • The return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please use our return process instead.
